In-Line Dimensional Inspection
Every extruded length passes through laser micrometers and vision systems that check critical cross-section dimensions, straightness, and twist against the CAD model. Out-of-spec profiles are flagged and removed automatically.

Surface Quality Assurance
We enforce a strict die maintenance schedule and use nitrogen purging during extrusion to minimize oxidation. Finished profiles are visually inspected under controlled lighting for scratches, die lines, and discoloration.
