These terms govern your access to and use of Smabe.com services, including the specification, design, and supply of hot-extruded aluminum-magnesium profiles and multi-cavity extrusion dies.
Smabe.com Metal Extrusion provides hot extrusion of high-tenacity aluminum-magnesium alloys, multi-cavity die design, and production of structural profiles with defined geometric tolerances and zero surface defect requirements. All services are delivered per agreed technical specifications and applicable industry standards (ASTM B221, EN 755).
You agree to provide accurate and complete technical requirements, including alloy grade, profile dimensions, tolerance bands, and surface finish criteria. You are responsible for verifying that the intended application of any profile or die is suitable for the specified load and environmental conditions. Any modification to specifications after order confirmation may affect delivery timelines and pricing.
All die designs, extrusion tooling, and process parameters developed by Smabe.com remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You receive a non-exclusive license to use the delivered profiles and dies for your own manufacturing or assembly purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, reproduce, or redistribute the die designs without prior written consent.
Smabe.com’s liability for any claim arising from the use of our products or services is limited to the value of the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, production downtime, or structural failure resulting from improper installation, modification, or use outside the specified tolerances. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by applicable law.
Either party may terminate an individual order by written notice if the other party materially breaches its obligations and fails to remedy the breach within 14 days. Termination of an order does not affect the validity of these terms for any ongoing or future orders. Upon termination, you must return or destroy any confidential information and cease using the affected die designs.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the services and notify us to close any open orders.
